SHIPPING POLICY


Our goal is to despatch your online order on the same or next working day but please allow 5-7 WORKING days during sale periods. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.


DOMESTIC (Australia wide)

Standard delivery within Australia (unless we have a special offer):

- Free delivery for orders for smart drones shipped by regular delivery domestically (within Australia)
- Delivery fee for other orders is determined by the method, weight and size. As a guide this is usually around $9.95 but may vary.


Please note that we deliver using Couriers which requires signature on delivery. If you aren't home to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office or you will be notified of the Pick-up Point where you can collect it.

TO AVOID A TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE / COURIER DEPOT - please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you make a request in the COMMENTS section for your order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, Birdio is not liable to replace the order should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered.

 

If you are confident that your parcel can be safely left in the event you are not at home, you can give an 'Authority to Leave' instruction however Birdio will accept no responsibility for items marked 'ATL' and will consider the items left as instructed, once notified of delivery. We always recommend that customers send their parcels to a daytime address where parcels can be signed for.

 

INTERNATIONAL (world wide)

We are happy to ship worldwide. Shipping is on a case by case basis. If you have ordered an item online please contact us to determine the shipping quote and method.
